Compliments and Suggestions

Your Feedback and Suggestions are important to us, please click on the link if you have a suggestion about a service we could offer, or to provide feedback on a service you have received.

Your compliments are also very important to us, as we feed this back to the staff and these can be used as part of their appraisals. It is lovely for our staff to receive this feedback so please spare a couple of minutes to let us know when we get it right.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
